La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa

The friendliness of the staff. Staying at La Siesta is like being part of a big family. You are made to feel so welcome from beginning to end. We would like to mention in particular Hanh in the Temple restaurant who served us so well; Phuong in the Temple restaurant who was wonderful company; Nguyen in the Red Bean restaurant who looked after us so charmingly. Also Vu at the Infinity bar who was really friendly and encouraged me to speak Vietnamese. Thanks to everyone at La Siesta for an unforgettable experience.

This time returning to La Siesta Hoi An Resort was just as magical as always. All the staff remembered my name and again provided the consistently exceptional service. The resort's beautiful surroundings and incredible rooms made me feel instantly relaxed and it honestly just felt like coming back to my own home (only wish my home were half this nice). The spa experience was once again a highlight, super skillful therapists and a chill atmosphere in the garden where the massage rooms are situated. Breakfast spreads were absolutely to die for, so delicious! complimentary bicycle rent was an amazing touch, it really made exploring Hoi An sort of stress free. I have said this many times before and I am going to say it again. I highly recommend La Siesta Hoi An Resort and Spa if you are seeking a truly unforgettable stay in Vietnam.

Building and rooms were exceptional.

Best hotel in whole Vietnam, very charming , amazing staff and good SPA

Super clean and elegant hotel. The politest and most accomodating staff. Everywhere immaculate and well maintained. Gardens lovely. Poolside calm and peaceful. Only some music is played at a very very low volume near 1 of the pools. Breakfast selection is wide and done well (usual suspects plus local foods). Bed and linens excellent. Free water bottles in rooms every day. Hotel is a 10-15minute away from old town (which keeps it quiet. The town does get loud at night, especially on the south side where the bars are) and I walked this every day/night with ease, preferring it to the shuttle (use your legs people and see more!). Would/will 100% come back.
